Day Trip to Manises 23rd May 2017

A group of 49 members enjoyed a very interesting day in Manises, the “City of Ceramics”.
Whilst many may have associated the town simply with the Valencia airport, the photographs show
a different story!  Everyone was amazed at the beautiful ceramics which could be seen in the parks
and on the monuments and buildings as we walked through the old town, whilst the church had a tiled roof
which just glistened in the sunshine!  Click on the link for some photographs of this very enjoyable day trip
which included an excellent lunch in a restaurant which was a listed building, resembling a small bull ring.

Photographs by John Wilde, Tom Miller, Greet Pole and the Manises Tourist Office.
