Membership Secretary

Tasks and Duties

  1. Maintaining and updating the data base containing details of all members of the Association.
  2. The collection of members annual fees and subscriptions, running monthly queries on the database to ascertain renewal subscriptions due and outstanding, and submit details to the Treasurer.
  3. Enrolling new members into the Association.
  4. Compiling statistical data relating to membership as required by the  General Assembly and representative body.
  5. Publicising the updated details of the list of members to committee members, group leaders, and the webmaster each month.

 

Skills and Knowledge

  1. Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. People person.
